About Bella Cup
NEWS: I now sell menstrual cups at my new store:
I do not have any samples of this cup yet, but I will look into it. For now, I will offer what information I was able to gather on this product:
Bella Cup and its pouch are made in South Korea. The business also appears to be run out of S. Korea (via their contact address and phone number). Here is a link to the product website:
Bella Cup is made of medical grade silicone. According to their website, the Bella Cup can be re-used for up to 5 years, worn for up to 12 hours before emptying and cleaning, and comes in 2 sizes:
SMALL (for those who are under 30 years of age and never given birth)
Length of stem: 23.8mm
Length of body: 48.1mm
LARGE (For those who are over 30 years of age, and/or who have given birth)
Length of stem: 20.3mm
Length of body: 53.1mm
They website says to boil the cup for 2 to 4 minutes to disinfect it.
The cup comes in a box which is mostly white and green trim, and you get a cloth storage pouch to store your cup in when you are not using it. Storage pouches appear to be either grey or blue.
As for the shape, Bella Cup is smooth with grip texture at the base and down the stem. The silicone is clear and there appears to be at least 2 or perhaps 4 suction release holes under the rim? The stem is long and tapered with ball-like grip bumps. Shape wise, it reminds me a lot of the Juju cup…
Here below, I have posted some photos of the product(s):
